Pre-producción de experiencias turísticas mediante tecnologías inmersivas multisensoriales en Valparaíso

Resumen

Este estudio busca analizar si las tecnologías inmersivas multisensoriales podrían permitir la pre-producción de experiencias turísticas en destinos con entornos naturales y patrimoniales como Valparaíso. Para esto se desarrolla un análisis cualitativo y exploratorio con una muestra intencionada, en un laboratorio equipado con dispositivos como visores de realidad virtual (VR), cámaras 360°, trajes de captura de movimiento y aromatizadores. Las pruebas evidencian que es posible crear o pre-producir experiencias en entornos simulados, estableciéndose además que hay diferencias en el comportamiento de las personas ante atractivos naturales y patrimoniales-urbanos. Por último, los sentidos pueden tener diferentes usos dependiendo del tipo de entorno en el que se analizan, lo que abre una oportunidad para potenciar experiencias innovadoras que busquen utilizar los sentidos en la creación de oferta turística.
